E-Agent serving brokers
Real Estate Weekly, Dec 25, 2002
E-Agent, a provider of online marketing products and services for residential real estate professionals, announced that the company now serves brokers and agents in over 300 cities and has generated more than 25,000 sales leads for their members.
E-Agent has coverage in cities as large as Seattle to towns as small as Warwick, N.Y. The system can work for agents in any market because it relies on Internet-based marketing techniques and is priced on a weighted scale using median home sale price and population, rather than an expensive, nationwide flat rate. Agents pay between $6-$12 for each qualified lead and there is no referral fee built into the system.
"Reaching and surpassing 300 cities and 25,000 leads validates e-Agent's value proposition as a one-stop source for residential real estate professionals looking to maximize the sales power of the Internet," said president Josh Konowe.
Agents who sign up with e-Agent receive a web site (currently four different templates are available), free hosting, a free domain name that is search engine friendly, school reports from a non-biased source, neighborhood reports, paid inclusion to ensure top positions on search engines, plus discounted real estate products and services. Consumers can find an e-Agent by logging on to the main Web site, www.e-agent.biz, or any major search engine using key word phrases to locate an agent for their real estate needs locally or nationwide. Mter filling out a simple form, they will be matched with an agent who will respond within 24 business hours.
