425 Fifth Ave. building set to open soon

In response to the demand of Manhattan's home buying community for luxury residences in the $500,000 to $1 million price range, 425 Fifth Ave. announced that it is offering for the very first time a new selection of high floor condominium residences for purchase. Now rising at the northeast corner of 38th Street, the tower is expected to be ready for occupancy in early 2003.
