Insignia/ESG announced that Lilly Pulitzer has signed a 1,600 SF lease at Playhouse Square in Westport, Conn. Annette Healey and Deborah Foehr, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Craig Way, of HR Nitkin Group, represented the landlord.
Caspi Development Company announced that the Bank of New York has signed a 14,467 SF renewal lease at its 235 Main St. in White Plains, N.Y. Caspi Development represented itself in the transaction.
GHP Office Realty announced the following transactions:
* Blimpie International, Inc. has signed a 3,500 SF lease at 145 Huguenot St. in New Rochelle, N.Y. Janice Roth, of GHP, represented the landlord in the transaction. Ralph DiBart, of New Rochelle Business Improvement District, represented the tenant;
* Axis Enterprises, Inc. has signed a 2,100 SF lease at 7-11 South Broadway in White Plains, N.Y. Janice Roth represented the landlord in the transaction;
* Jennison Associates, LLC has signed a 1,600 SF lease at 7-11 Broadway in White Plains, N.Y. Janice Roth represented the landlord in the transaction. Patricia Valenti, of Newmark & Company Real Estate, represented the tenant;
* Leslie A. Robertson has signed a 1,500 SF lease at 170 Hamilton Ave. in WhitePlains, N.Y. Janice Roth represented the landlord in the transaction.
Insignia/ESG announced the following transactions at 86 Chambers St. in New York City:
* Design Construction Consultants, LLC ha signed an 8,000 SF lease;
* RAM Equities, LLC has signed a 4,000 SF lease;
* The New York State Department of Taxation has signed a 6,000 SF lease;
* 37 Cranford Associates has signed a 6,000 SF lease.
Bradley Gerla, Rich ard Levine, and James Sean,. of Insignia/ESG represented the landlord 270 Broadway Commercial Associates, LLC, in the transaction.
Hunter Realty Organization, LLC announced that Geller & Wind, Ltd has signed a 12-year 18,000 SF lease at 462 Seventh Ave. in New York City. Marc S. Schoen and Alan I. Sinovsky, of Hunter Realty represented the tenant. Kaufman Management represented the landlord.
Hunter Realty Organization, LLC announced that Horizon Capital Ventures has signed a five-year, 2,451 SF lease at 1372 Broadway in New York City. Richard J. Pugatch, of Hunter Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction. Norman Bobrow Company represented the landlord.
Cushman & Wakefield announced that the U.S. General Services Administration has signed a 33,420 SF lease at 395 Hudson St. in New York City. Jonathan Serko, executive director of Gushman & Wakefield, Barry Zeller, senior director, Andrew Greenberg, associate director, and Brian Boehmcke, director, represented the landlord in the transaction. Henry Teitel, of Synergy Realty, represented the tenant.
Newmark Real Estate announced that Gracie, Inc. has signed an 8,000 SF lease at 419 Lafayette St. in New York City. Neil Joffee and Barbara Craig, of Newmark, represented the landlord in the transaction. Bess Lygnos, of Nyspace, Inc., represented the tenant.
Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC announced that Portolano Products, Inc. has signed a 9,300 SF lease at 15 W. 37th St. in New York City. Paul Walker and Jeff Schwartz, of Adams & Go, represented the tenant in the transaction. Steve Levy, of Kamber Management, served as an in house representative for the landlord.
CRESA Partners announced that Washington Document Services has signed a five-year, 2,300 SF renewal lease at 299 Broadway in New York City. Garret Varricchio, of CRESA Partners, represented the tenant in the transaction. Steve Marvin, of Olinstead Properties, represented the landlord.
Realty Corp. announced that Empirical Research Partners, LLC has signed a 5,670 SF lease at 477 Madison Ave. in New York City. Michelle Stone, managing director of Sinvin Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction. David L. Hoffman, Jr., executive managing director of Colliers ABR, Inc., and Wendy Miller, director, represented the landlord.
Two Trees Management announced that Independence Community Bank has signed a 4,076 SF lease at 45 Main St. in Brooklyn, N.Y. Jed Walentas, of Two Trees, served as an in-house representative for the landlord.
Alexander Summer, LLC announced that Mercedes-Benz has signed a 14,000 SF lease at 50 Craig Road in Montvale, N.J. Patricia Hutchins, senior vice president of Alexander Summer, and Chris Tichio, vice president, represented the landlord in the transaction. Ronald Schrader, of the Sitar Company/ONCOR International, represented the tenant.

* 21st Century Health & Benefits, Inc. has signed a 13,169 SF lease at Woodland Falls IV in Cherry Kill, N.J. The Arden Group represented the tenant in the transaction. Bryant Hill, of Brandywine, represented the landlord;
* First Union Insurance Services, Inc. has signed a 10,602 SF lease at 10000 Midlantic Drive in Mount Laurel, N.J. Kathy Sweeney represented the landlord in the transaction.
