Aspen Publishers, Inc., a member of the international Wolters Kiuwer Group, has signed a 12,117-squarefoot lease for the entire 31st floor of 512 Seventh Ave.

Aspen, which serves the needs of legal, business and health-care professionals, publishes more than 400 journals, newsletters, electronic products and loose-leaf reference manuals, and has more than 1,000 books in print. The company will use the new space to house its growing sales force, currently located at 1185 Avenue of the Americas.

The tenant was exclusively represented by David Goldstein, senior managing director; Mitchell Steir, vice chairman; and Matthew Barlow, executive managing director, all of Julien J. Studley, Inc.'s Midtown New York office. The building owner was represented by Brian Waterman and Michael Dreizen of Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc.
