RE/MAX agents at head of the class

In a recent study by Quality Service Certification, Inc., 34 of the Top 100 agents were RE/MAX affiliates, dominating the 2002 Quality Service Honor Roll. The real estate professionals making the elite group averaged over 30 closed transactions with perfect or near-perfect service delivery and client satisfaction. Service performance data was collected and independently validated by Leading Research Corporation of San Clemente, Calif.

QSC conducts training and certification programs throughout North America and a complete and flexible delivery offering was designed to match the varied preferences and needs the of RE/MAX network. RE/MAX members can access the training through the RE/MAX Satellite Network (RSN), online via the Internet, on CD-ROM and in live sessions.
