Garrick-Aug named agent for 1130-1148 Third Ave

The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. has been appointed exclusive agent for the blockfront at 1130-1148 Third Ave., between 66th and 67th Streets on the west side of the Avenue. The retail space available was previously Knight Cabinets. There are approximately 720 SF, ground level. The frontage is approximately 20 linear feet.
