School renews lease

Real Estate Weekly, Jan 12, 2005

One of New York's leading technical schools, the Institute of Audio Research (IAR), has renewed its lease for three full floors comprising 18,000 square feet of space at 64 University Place in Manhattan.

Paul Revson and Ethan Rice of the New York office of The Staubach Company represented the school in the long term leasing transaction valued at over $3 million.

Now in its fourth decade, IAR prepares its students for careers in music production and audio engineering. The school's 900-hour program is taught by accomplished music and sound professionals in specially equipped facilities that support a broad curriculum.
