Retail leasing partners Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph A. Aquino of Garrick-Aug Associates have been appointed exclusive leasing agents for 54 Spring Street in the chic new neighborhood known as "NoLita" (North of Little Italy).
The two have been extremely active in the area, which, according to Consolo, has become particularly attractive to avant-garde talents of the fashion world.
In recent months, Consolo and Aquino brought luxury personal care retailer fresh, inc. to 57 Spring Street; shoe designer Mark Schwartz to 45 Spring Street; and prominent European retailer Le Tanneur to 55 Spring Street.
54 Spring Street, which is currently vacant, will feature approximately 2,500 square feet of ground level retail space plus an equal amount of basement footage, reported Consolo, who is vice chairman of Garrick-Aug.
