The Fisk Building
Real Estate Weekly, Jan 10, 2001
The Fisk Building will host its first broker party in almost five years to unveil an exciting new leasing opportunity, according to George P. Fabian, the building's general manager. The party takes place Jan. 23, between 5 and 7 p.m. on the third floor.
Traditionally a small-space building, a large block of space -- 7,150 square feet -- has recently been-assembled on the third floor.
Peter L. Malkin, representing the building ownership, and Mr. Fabian will welcome the brokerage community and members of the media to the, event.
To the broker who leases the space, as standard ownership policy, 100% commission payment will be made upon lease signing.
At 250 West 57th Street, the Fisk Building is conveniently located near historic Carnegie Hall, Columbus Circle and a host of subway and bus lines. Some of the building's more attractive features include its financial strength and its stability, having been under the same ownership for almost half a century.
