GVA Williams is pleased to announce that is has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent for 575 Madison Ave., a 70,000 SF office building located at the southeast corner of 57th St. and Madison Ave.
According to Douglas Grabiner, GVA Williams' senior director, 23,000 SF are currently available on the sixth, seventh, and eighth floors of the building.
