Easy access. Between the lines, read the words "adequate parking. "One of the considerations in determining parking at New Roc City was being able to accommodate theater patrons when the 16 cinemas and the Imax were at capacity. We also suggested that the developers add a bridge which connects the parking lot to the third-level retail.

A multi-season venue. In any season, there's always something to do at New Roc City. The cold weather sends people inside to skate and indulge in all types of family fun. In the warmer seasons, different activities, such as: vending carts, live music and street performers spill out onto the pedestrian mall.

It goes without saying that, a poorly planned tenant mix; disinterested management, and inadequate security can sabotage the best E-Design concepts. Fortunately, these are not issues New Roc City, under the management of Cappelli Enterprises, has to worry about. It also helps that the city of New Rochelle has been behind the project since its inception and continues to be supportive in attempting new development to enhance and bolster the project.
