More than 65,000 SF at the Lincoln Building was leased to 55 tenants during the fall renewal period, according to Kevin J. Driscoll, the building's general manager.

The Lincoln Building has two major renewal periods each year -- in the spring and fall -- giving building management the flexibility to put together blocks of space for new, existing and renewal tenants.

Located at 60 East 42nd Street, the 55-story Lincoln Building is one of the most prestigious addresses in the Grand Central district, with direct underground access to Grand Central Terminal and several subway lines.
