David C. Leviton and Adam Rochlin of Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island, Inc. represented the building owner, Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures, Inc. The new tenants include Motorola, Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., Smartscan Data Conversion, Desktop Software Solutions, Inc., and tax attorneys Smith & Downey.
