Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island Inc. is pleased to announce that i.park Lake Success, a 93-acre, multi-tenant campus designed to serve one of New York's premier technology centers, has secured its first tenant with Wired Environments and affiliate company Datatone Communications. Wired Environments will occupy 25,000 SF of space at the property.
Approximately one million SF of office/technology space -- one of the largest contiguous blocks of space in the metro New York region -- is currently available at the i.park.
