In a leasing transaction brokered by Colliers ABR, Inc., Teleglobe, Inc., a North American based provider of overseas telecommunications services, has taken 11,193 SF of space at 1351 Washington Boulevard in Stamford, Conn. The 10-year lease, valued at $2.7 million, will establish a major East Coast network location for this rapidly expanding telecommunications provider.
