Newmark seeing growth in New Jersey

Newmark JGT is experiencing extraordinary growth in the New Jersey region, as evidenced by the recent completion of many high profile assignments in the New Jersey market for several prestigious companies:

Newmark exclusively represented Merrill Lynch in an extensive site search to relocate its Wall, N.J. brokerage office. Doug Twyman, principal of Newmark JGT, was responsible for structuring a transaction to acquire a site at 2504 Route 35 in Wall township from Hall Management Co., Inc. and construct a new 11,500 SF office building. Merrill Lynch will occupy the entire two-story structure by December 2001.

Newmark JGT's team of Rich Madison, principal, Egidio Carlino, associate director, and Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc.'s Arthur Lemer, vice chairman, represented T.M.P. Worldwide, Inc., in an 11,497 SF lease at Marineview Plaza in Hoboken, N.J.

Newmark JGT represented the Parsons Group in a sublease to Endeavor Pharmaceuticals at Arbor Circle South/Mack-Cali Business Campus in Parsippany, N.J. W. Joshua Levering, senior managing director, was responsible for closing this lease transaction in conjunction with Peter Elliot & Co.

Icons, Inc., an information security company, signed a lease at Commerce Center in North Brunswick, N.J. Doug Twyman, Jim Scanlon, and Doug Bansbach, principals of Newinark JGT, were responsible for consummating this lease transaction. Sri Lanken Travel signed a lease at Metrotop Plaza I in South Iselin, N.J. The Newmark JGT team of Robert Dinner, Paul Giannone, and Marc Shein, along with NAI/James E. Hanson, Inc. were responsible for the transaction.
