BOMA Lunch

Jan. 8 - BOMA/NY will feature Arthur J. Mirante II, president and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield, at its luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel at 1535 Broadway between 45th and 46th Streets. REBNY Mold Seminar

Jan. 8 - The Real Estate Board of New York will hold a mold awareness seminar from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Eileen Lee, an environmental expert from the National Multi Housing Council, Christopher D'Andre, research scientist with the NYC Department of Health, and William Esposito, president of the Ambient Group, will be the featured speakers at the event. Eldridge Street Project Benefit

Jan. 14 - Joseph Rose, former chairman of the city planning commission and partner of the Georgetown Company, will be honored at a benefit of the Eldridge Street Project. The event will take place at the Regent Wall Street, 55 Wall St., with a 6:30 p.m. reception and silent auction and a 7:30 p.m. dinner. The event will feature music by Woody Allen and his New Orleans Jazz band and a silent auction of contemporary art. The cost ranges from $750 for sponsor tickets to $25,000 for an underwriter table.
