Meridian Capital Group procured a financing of $12.798 million on 129 condominium apartments with a 29,000 SF office unit known as Bushnell on the Park in Hartford, Conn. The loan featured a rate of 5.88% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by David M. Rosenberg;

* Meridian placed a new mortgage of $5.5 million on a 65-unit, six-story apartment building on Garrett Place in Bronxville, N.Y. The loan featured a rate of 4.5% and a 10-year term. Avi Weinstock negotiated the transaction;

* A new mortgage of $2.375 million with a $125,000 line of credit was placed by Meridian on a 82-unit, six-story, 52% sold co-op building on Park Place in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn, N.Y. The loan featured a rate of 6.1% and a 15-year term with no bank points. Allan Lieberman negotiated the transaction;

* New financing of $2.32 million was arranged by Meridian on a 60-unit, six-story apartment building on E. 19th St. in Brooklyn, N.Y. The loan featured a rate of 4.5% and a 10-year term. Avi Weinstock negotiated the transaction;

* A new mortgage of $2.13 million was placed by Meridian on a 68-unit, six-story apartment building on Audubon Ave. in New York City. The loan featured a rate of 5.625% and a 10-year term. Samuel M. Spinner negotiated the transaction;

* Meridian placed a new mortgage of $2.1 million on a 20-unit, five-story apartment building on W. 82nd St. in New York City. The loan featured a rate of 4.95% and a seven-year term. Avi Weinstock and Josh Rhine negotiated the transaction;

* A new mortgage of $1.75 million was placed by Meridian on a 50-unit, five-story apartment building on Grand Ave. in the Bronx. The loan featured a rate of 5.75% and a seven-year term. Michael Kesselman negotiated the transaction.

M. Robert Goldman & Company, Inc. announced the following transactions:

* A $4.625 million acquisition loan for a 41,491 SF office building on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset, N.Y. The loan featured a 15-year term;

* A $2.85 million acquisition loan for a 27,272 SF office building on Franklin Ave. in Garden City, N.Y.;

* A $2.9 million acquisition loan for a 106,874 SF warehouse building on Enter Lane in Islandia, N.Y.

Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC/I-Cap Realty Advisors, LLC arranged a $4.1 million first mortgage for a six-story building on 11th St. in New York City. James K. Coleman arranged the financing for this transaction.
