Financial analyst joins Swigg

Kent M. Swig, principal of Swig Burris Equities, LLC announced that Mathew M. Meek has joined Swig Burris Equities.
Meek has over six years of commercial real estate experience and will serve as Director of Financial Analysis.
Meek will work with Swigg to analyze all commercial and residential acquisition opportunities, helping to expand the Swig Burris Equities portfolio which already consists of 2.6 million square feet of commercial office properties including 110 William Street, 44 Wall Street and 5 Hanover Square. Prior to joining Swig Burris Equities, Mr. Meek worked with Carleton Advisory Services, Inc. in the Debt and Equity Finance Group, where he assisted several major debt and equity financing transactions including: the Bank of America Center in San Francisco, the Starret-Lehigh Building, 1250 Broadway, and 80 Broad Street.
Previously Mr. Meek served as a business analyst to senior management at Grubb & Ellis and an investment banking analyst at UBS Warburg LLC. Mr. Meek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economic History with a minor in Economics from Birmingham-Southern College.
