Dolly Lenz—from nerd to superstar broker

Real Estate Weekly, Jan 19, 2005 by Elaine Misonzhnik

"I grew up in the Bronx, which when I was growing up meant that you were really poor. I rode an hour to public school each day, worked several part time jobs when I was a teenager and worked full time when I went to college and went to classes at night," Lenz recalls.

"I paid for everything myself, paid for my own schooling. And you know what? At the end of the day, that was probably a good thing."
