High-tech homes help attract young buyers to Boulevard East

Over 80% of the 99 residences have been sold at Boulevard East, a newly constructed condominium building located at 53 Boerum Place in Brooklyn.

With only 14 homes left, buyers are acting quickly to snap up a piece of the Boerum Place Gateway hotspot, purchasing luxurious studio, one- and two- bedroom residences for $250,000 to $700,000.
