Gregg A. Popkin, Senior Managing Director, Asset Services at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. is the recipient of the George M. Brooker Management Executive of the Year Award. He has over 24 years of experience in this business. Mr. Popkin holds overall responsibility for the company's entire 34 million square foot Tri-State portfolio with a market value in excess of $6 billion. He directs all asset services including property management, project management, due diligence and accounting activities. In addition to providing hands-on leadership to more than 400 employees, Mr. Popkin develops and maintains all primary client relationships. His team is an integral part of the firm's business development and client service efforts.
Mr. Popkin is an active participant on the REBNY Management Division Board of Directors, bringing his substantial expertise to the many issues which come before that board. He also serves on the Commercial Board of the Realty Advisory Board. He also does philanthropic work with The Rogosin Research Foundation, Diabetes Research Institute, Covenant House, Special Olympics of New York, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Parker Institute and Crohn's & Colitis Foundation.
The George M. Brooker Management Executive of the Year Award honors the memory of the late Mr. Brooker.
