Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, announced the promotion of Florian Suserman to vice president. Since joining The Goldstein Group, Suserman has completed transactions with retailers and landlords such as Aldi Supermarket, Verizon, Gold's Gym, Allstate, The UPS Stores, White Castle, Cosi, Time Equities and Hekemian & Company.
Suserman had 20 years of retail experience before joining The Goldstein Group, having owned and operated six major regional mall-based gift and collectible stores featuring the sale of luxury gift items and collectibles. He also assisted many other specialty retailers in opening stores in major regional malls throughout the New Jersey and New York Metropolitan area.
