Foodies looking to take a bite out of Big Apple
Branded Concept Development has been tapped as the exclusive representative on two new food concepts breaking into the Manhattan market.
Roll'd is a new quick service restaurant focused on introducing "kimbap" to the United States on a grand scale Kimbap, which means "seaweed rice," is a popular staple of the Korean diet. Similar to sushi, kimbap is an easily eaten, exceptionally nutritious and relatively inexpensive. BDC is seeking suitable full cooking and ventilated sites from 500 and 1,000 s/fin high traffic midtown Manhattan locations for Roll'd.
The company is also seeking similar locations between 23rd and 57th Streets for Freshii, a Toronto-founded company focused on becoming the most convenient choice for healthy and fresh meals served quickly in a cool, clean, and environmentally sustainable setting.
Freshii has 16 locations in Toronto and Chicago, and new restaurants under development in Denver and Washington DC.
