Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. has been named exclusive leasing agent for one of Manhattan's most desirable store locations - a 4,500 square foot retail space at 56 West 57th Street. Currently occupied by Paron Fabrics, the store is located on the south side of 57th Street, between Fifth and Sixth avenues, one of the most heavily trafficked blocks in New York City.

"A better location is almost impossible to imagine," said Faith Hope Consolo, senior managing director of Garrick-Aug Associates, who, along with her associate, Managing Director, Joseph Aquino, is marketing the space.
