Real Estate Weekly, Jan 13, 1999
Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. recently negotiated the purchase of 19 Kimberly Road, a 100,800 square-foot industrial property in East Brunswick, NJ. Herb Horn and Art Hixson of Cushman & Wakefield's Parsippany office, and Jon Marks of the East Rutherford office, acted as the exclusive agent representing Coilhose Pneumatics in the transaction, which represents a major expansion for the company. The Charles Klatskin Company represented Harold Kay, the seller.
Horn is also representing Coilhose Pneumatics in the sale of the two facilities it formerly occupied in Middlesex - 200 Olay Avenue and 201 Pond Avenue. The property at 200 Clay Avenue was the company's previous 21,000 square-foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility. The two-story, mixed-use property features a black glass curtain wall entrance, 4,800 square feet of office space, one tailgate loading dock, one drive-in door, extensive landscaping and a fenced yard suitable for storage. The property at 201 Pond Avenue, located next door, is a 16,500 square-foot assembly and warehouse distribution facility.
According to Horn, 201 Pond Avenue is currently under contract.
