Trump appoints Cushman & Wakefield, Tishman as agents for GM Building

The Trump Organization this appointed Cushman & Wakefield and Tishman Real Estate Services as Exclusive co-leasing and sales agents for 767 Fifth Avenue, the GM Building, announced Donald J. Trump.
The two million square-foot trophy office tower, purchased by Trump in July, will be known as The General Motors Building at Trump International Plaza and will undergo numerous renovations and upgrades. Studies are underway to redesign the plaza area and improve delivery of services and amenities. The property will be marketed with a combination of leasable space and commercial condominiums for sale.
"I chose Tishman Real Estate Services and Cushman & Wakefield because they are the best agents for the job," Trump said. "I have had great success working with both companies and look forward to their continued success on this project."
The Cushman & Wakefield leasing/marketing team is headed by Charles Borrok, vice chairman, and Keith Copley, together with Nicholas Sardone, managing director and Marlyn A. Pauley, asset manager of C&W Strategic Agency Services. They will partner with Richard S. Levy, senior vice president, and Thomas A. Kaufman, executive vice president of Trishman Real Estate Services, to co-broker the property on behalf of The Trump Organization.

Built in 1968, 767 Fifth Avenue is 50 stories high and consists of approximately two million square feet. The building features a premier location with a prestigious tenant roster of blue chip corporations. Large blocks of space are expected to become available in mid-1999.
