A seminar for architects asks 'Should You Merge?'

"Should You Merge?," an educational seminar for architects, engineers and designers, will discuss strategic alliances and mergers as a strategy for surviving and thriving in a crowded marketplace. It will take place on Friday, January 15th from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., at, Steelcase, 4 Columbus Circle, in Manhattan.
Susan Bilenker, of Susan Bilenker Communications, is hosting the event, which will feature the following panel of speakers: Kimberly Anguil and Martin Hertz, principals, A/R Environetics Group, Inc., who will discuss the recent merger of their architecture and interior design firms to realize a new, more ambitious vision of growth and client service;
Eric William Allison, principal, The Allison Group, a specialist in organizational development, who will talk about what to look for in potential merger partners;
C. Jaye Berger, Esq., principal of the Law Offices C. Jaye Berger, whose practice focuses on the design, engineering, and construction industry, will discuss the key areas you need to consider if you are involved with or considering a corporate merger or "divorce."
