Ashkenazy buys Brooklyn retail site

Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation has recently completed the purchase of a prime retail corner in Brooklyn at 1-47 Remsen Avenue.

The property is a 20,000 square-foot one-story taxpayer situated on a 37,000 square-foot lot with frontage on Utica and Remsen avenues. Ashkenazy, in conjunction with a national drug store chain, plans to redevelop the site. This is the sixth property purchased by Ashkenazy within the last 12 months.

Ben Ashkenazy, president, also announced that Lee Deane and Amit "AJ" Landesman have recently joined the company.
