USIS Network Associate Program is offering incentives for referrals

Real Estate Weekly, Jan 12, 2000

U.S. Information Systems, a leading technology services company, has announced a new incentive program that pays rewards to anyone who refers new business to the company.

The USIS Network Associate program is aimed primarily at real estate brokers and building managers who refer tenants to USIS for a cabling or other technology assignment. The finder's fee ranges from 1 percent to 5 percent of the total cost, depending on the size of the project.

"If a tenant or client is making a move, just let us know who to talk to and we'll do the rest. If we get the assignment, you get the finder's fee. It's that simple," said Kenneth S. Henderson, vice president of Marketing for USIS. "Although this program is directed at real estate professionals, we will reward anyone who refers new business to us. On some of our larger projects, the finder's fee can be significant."

Henderson said the USIS Network Associate program offers other advantages as well. "By choosing USIS, your tenant or client reaps the benefits that USIS brings as infrastructure specialists with over four decades of experience. Our expertise and professionalism will make you look good in your tenant's eyes," he said.

USIS offers a five-point moving plan that includes: installation of the entire cabling infrastructure; all connectivity integration and implementation; a complete range of voice/data security and technical services; pre- and post-moving support; and a guarantee that states the customer does not have to pay the invoice until all work is completed according to a written commitment spelled out in the scope of services.
