Telecommunications and real estate industry agreement bolsters commercial connectivity
Real Estate Weekly, Jan 12, 2000
Advanced Radio Telecom Corp., provider of broadband wireless Internet Protocol (IP) services, and Chicago-based U.S. RealTel Inc., one of the world's largest landlords of pre-leased telecommunications access sites, announce a Master Sublease agreement that allows ART access to up to 1,000 commercial buildings in U.S. RealTel's network of properties nationwide.
The Master Sublease agreement gives. ART access to office and industrial buildings in 28 states. ART will now be able to access those buildings under one sublease, rather than hundreds of separate subleases, to build its broadband fixed wireless and fiber network nationwide. Tenants within the properties can benefit from ART's unprecedented 100Mbps IP services.
