Real Estate Weekly, Jan 17, 2001

Community Care Network has signed a lease to relocate its White Plains offices within Ten Bank Street and extended its lease through 2006, according to Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building.

JoAnn B. McGrath, W&M Properties' vice president of leasing and marketing, and Laurie Wade, W&M Properties' leasing associate, represented the building owner in the lease negotiations. The tenant represented itself. W&M Construction will build out the new space for CCN.

The most recent addition to W&M Properties' suburban portfolio, Ten Bank Street, in downtown White Plains, is a 220,000-square-foot, 12-story Class-A office building located immediately adjacent to the White Plains Transportation Center, Which includes the Metro North commuter line that runs directly to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan.
