In a transaction brokered by Colliers ABR, Crown Crafts Home Furnishing has signed a lease for over 7,000 SF of space at a significantly lower than market rate, for its new showroom office at Cityspire, 156 W. 56th St., between Avenue of the Americas and Seventh Avenue, according to Colliers ABR's Michael Norris, who represented the tenant.
The seven-year term lease was valued at $2 million, according to Norris.
