The Grubb & Ellis Company announced it assisted in the acquisition of 23,168 SF in Jersey City, N.J.
Jason Levy of the Grubb & Ellis Fairfield, N.J. office represented the buyer, H.A. Metzger, Inc. while Walter Koroluk of the Archie Schwartz Co. represented the seller, Video Urban Renewal Associates.
The 23,168 SF building features 10,000 square feet of warehouse space and 10,000 square feet of office space plus a showroom. 550 Grand Street, purchased for $1.4 million, will meet the distributors' goal of keeping space costs fixed well into the future. H.A. Metzger moved to the building in Fall 2000.
