Cushman & Wakefield announced that Maystreet Medical LLC has recently acquired Edison Corporate Center in Edison, N.J. from the Archon Group for $11 million.
The transaction included two single-story buildings at 125 and 175 May St., totaling 105,000 SF, and was orchestrated by Cushman & Wakefield's financial services group on behalf of the seller.
Edison Corporate Center is 95% occupied by such tenants as the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation, RPA Associates, Relational Software Solutions, Palatin Technologies, and Lockheed Martin. Constructed in 1985, the property is situated at the intersection of 1-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Cushman & Wakefield's Gary Gabriel, Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut, and Jose Cruz served as the brokers in the transaction.
