David Cronheim Mortgage Corporation

Andrew Stewart, of the David Cronheim Mortgage Corporation, has arranged and funded forward commitment permanent financing in the amount of $14,100,000 for the recently completed Mansfield Commons in Mansfield. N.J.

The financing was placed with American National Insurance Co., which Cronheim represents as a mortgage correspondent and servicing agent. The borrower, National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC), is a major shopping center owner and developer based in Purchase, N.Y.

A 123,519 SF Wal-Mart, a 64,480 SF A&P supermarket, and a Sears Hardware store serve as the anchor tenants for the community shopping center.

The property is located at the northwest corner of State Route 57 and Airport Road in Mansfield Twp., N.J.
