IREM Lunch
Jan. 16--The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) will hold their monthly luncheon featuring keynote speaker John Whitehead, chairman of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. at The New York Helmsley Hotel, 212 East 42nd St. The cost is $65 and the event is open to both members and nonmembers. Jan. 16--The Westchester/Fairfield District Council of the Urban Land Institute will hold a breakfast forum, entitled "State of the Market: Outlook for 2003." Barry M.
