Grand Beekman names RKF agent

Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), a firm that specializes in marketing retail spaces in new construction buildings, has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the 5,034-SF ground floor retail space at the Grand Beekman. Located at 400 East 51st St., on First Avenue, the 32-story luxury condominium is scheduled for completion later this year. RKF CEO Robert K. Futterman and Associate Richard Gelber are marketing the property on behalf of the owner, Mexico Management Group Inc.
Situated in the midst of Beekman Place, the neighborhood is just steps away from the United Nations and riverside McArthur Park. It is also a short walk to Rockefeller Center's bustling shopping district and retailers Saks, Bergdorf Goodman, Tiffany and Cartier.
