"We had a particularly tight schedule, as we were working in occupied space," points out James Galvin, ACC's director of operations. "Employees were relocated throughout the construction process, so it was imperative that the work was minimally disruptive. It took a great deal of detailed organization."

Max Kawer, principal, of The Switzer Group adds, "We were working for a very fine client that was open minded about the design. With cooperation and excellent coordination from ACC Construction, we were able to build the space as it was designed. We look forward to working with them again."

The landlord for the Class-A, 78-story office tower is L&L Holding Corp., who greatly contributed to the successful build-out for Arbitron.
