Ernest DesRochers, senior vice president/regional manager, and Robert Ranieri, senior vice president, of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) Greater Westchester, NY/CT regional office, arranged a $9.6 million first mortgage loan for the Milford Beach & Newport Apartments, a 404 unit apartment complex, in Milford, CT.
Financing was arranged by LMRES through its correspondent relationship with Freddie Mac. Financing was based on a 15-year term with a 30-year amortization.
