Studley names new board of directors

Julien J. Studley, Inc., the national commercial real estate services firm, announced it has named a new board of directors. The 14-member board includes three new members and 11 who were on the board prior to the recent management/ownership transition.
In addition to Mitchell S. Steir, chairman & CEO; Michael Colacino, president; and Mark A. Jaccom, vice chairman of U.S. operations; the members of the Studley board of directors are Jacque Ducharme, vice chairman, Western region; Stephen Goldstein, vice chairman, Mid-Atlantic region; Seth Dudley, executive vice president, Southern California region; John Goodman, executive vice president, Chicago/Midwest region; Joseph Learner, executive vice president, Chicago/Midwest region; Ira Schuman, executive vice president, New York; Peter Speier, vice chairman, Southeast region; and Lois Zambo, executive vice president, Washington D.C.
New additions to the board are Matthew Barlow, executive managing director, New York; Richard Schuham, executive vice president, Chicago/Midwest Region; and Mark Sullivan, executive vice president, Southern California region. Mitchell S. Steir said, "This is a new era for Studley, and the assemblage of this consistently successful group of real estate professionals to make up our board of directors will ensure the. firm's dominant position in tenant representation."
