Realty Data Corp. expands services

Real Estate Weekly, Jan 22, 2003

Realty Data Corp. announced that the company's comprehensive real estate information and report generation system is now available for Oakland County, Michigan.

Realty Data Corp., headquartered in Garden City, is one of the nation's leading providers of real estate information research and report generation to the title and mortgage servicing sectors. Through its Internet interface, the company offers immediate access to automated reports that expedite the title examination and mortgage loan closing process. Oakland County, Michigan is one of a number of large counties that Realty Data Corp. will be integrating into the company's system over the next several months.

"Providing service for Oakland County is an important step in our national expansion effort. Having perfected our system in New York City, the most complex set of databases in the country, we are prepared to offer our services in counties across the nation," said David Drucker, CEO of Realty Data Corp.

Realty Data Corp.'s expansion into Oakland County would not have been possible without the assistance of their strategic partner ACS. ACS is a leading provider of business process and information technology outsourcing solutions. Realty Data Corp. formed a strategic alliance with ACS in 2001 and has been working with them to develop markets across the United States.

In the past, gaining access to real estate records and generating reports could take days or even weeks. Now, with new technology and the Internet, users of the Realty Data Corp. system can search information immediately and generate reports in minutes. In addition, Realty Data Corp. clients can receive the most up-to-date information at any location and at any time of the day via the company's interactive Internet interface.
