Firm doubles space at 570 Lexington Ave - Brief Article
Real Estate Weekly, Feb 4, 2004
Levien & Company, a project management and owner/tenant's representative firm, is expanding its office space in the former GE Building, located at 570 Lexington Avenue, announces Kenneth Levien, AIA, the firm's president.
In late January 2004, Levien & Company will move into the contiguous space, doubling its size. This comes two years after the firm's first move within the building, which then tripled its space.
As Levien & Company's space increases, so does the firm. With 11 professionals currently employed, Levien & Company plans to expand in 2004.
"We intend to add two or three more professionals this year," remarks Mr. Levien. "This, of course, is based on market conditions, but we are confident in our capabilities for growth. 2002 and 2003 were very good years."
The firm has a lengthy history at 570 Lexington. During the building's renovation from 1995-1998, Levien & Company provided services to members of the ownership, including design and construction reviews, as well as budget analysis and requisition review.
Founded 14 years ago by Kenneth Levien, AIA, Levien & Company provides a comprehensive range of project management, consulting, and advisory services to real estate owners, investors, lenders and tenants.
