Hidrock Realty has negotiated deals with Core Products Inc. and Nicourt Apparel LLC for apparel showroom space in 53 West 56th Street, announced Abraham J. Hidary, president of Hidrock Realty, the building's landlord. Core Products is opening a 1,100 s/f menswear showroom on the seventh floor. The firm will take immediate occupancy for a term of five years. Nicourt Apparel has renewed its 660 s/f showroom space on the third floor for five years.

Norman Shabot, leasing director at Hidrock, represented Core Products. Robert Kaplan, senior director at Hidrock, represented Nicourt Apparel. Mr. Kaplan also represented the landlord in both transactions.
