Halstead Property Company announced that Louise B. Phillips has joined the firm as senior vice president.

Phillips specializes in coop and condo converstions. Prior to joining Halstead, she worked at Douglas Elliman.

Phillips is a board member of "Change for Kids" and an active member of the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church. She resides in New York City.

Sonnenblick-Goldman Company announced that Constantino Argimon has been appointed principal and managing director of its-New York office.

Argimon has 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Sonnenblick-Goldman, he served as Northeast regional manager and managing director of the commercial real estate finance unit of debis Financial Services, Inc.

While there, he was responsible for the management of a $1.6 billion portfolio of senior debt and mezzanine loans.

Argimon holds a B.A. in economics from Yale University and an M.A. in economics from the University of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association.

Real Data Management announced that Peter J. Boritz has joined the firm as vice president of business development.

In his new position, Boritz will provide space and asset management services for real estate owners.

Prior to joining Real Data, Boritz served as an associate director with GVA Williams.

Sahn & Ward announced that Daniel J. Baker, Esq., has been named partner of the firm.

Baker specializes in real estate tax certiorari, condemnation, and real property valuation.

Baker holds a B.A. from SUNY at Albany and a J.D. from Touro College.

Insignia/ESG announced that Jon Zuckerman has joined the firm as senior managing director. In his new position, Zuckerman will be responsible for spearheading the leasing efforts at 200 Park Ave. and 551 Fifth Ave.

Zuckerman has 21 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, he served as regional leasing director and senior vice president at the Shorenstein Company.

Zuckerman holds an M.A. in American Studies from Columbia University.

Insignia/ESG announced that Keith Caggiano has joined the firm as director. In his new position, Caggiano will assist in the leasing efforts at 200 Park Ave. and 551 Fifth Ave.

Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, Caggiano worked at the Shorenstein Company. While there, he was involved in transactions encompassing more than 800,000 SF.

Caggiano is a graduate of Yale University. He is a frequent lecturer at Columbia University.

Allied Partners Inc. announced that Bruce D. Kimmelman has joined the firm as senior vice president of finance.

Prior to joining Allied Partners, Kimmelman served as vice president of finance and acquisitions at Macklowe Properties. While there, he was responsible for arranging interim, mezzanine, construction, and permanent financing.

Kimmelman holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He resides in New York City.

The Benenson Capital Company announced that Lloyd D. Stabiner has joined the firm as chief financial officer.

Stabiner has 35 years of experience as a senior level executive. Prior to joining Benenson Capital, he served as financial vice president at WeilerAmow. While there, he was responsible for systems design, tax planning, money management, and data processing.

Stabiner holds a B.B.A. from Pace University and an M.P.A. from New York University. He is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and an adjunct lecturer at the New York University Graduate School of Hotels and Tourism.

Ware Malcomb announced that Allan First has joined the firm as job captain of its interiors group.

First has more than seven years of experience in interior architecture. He has worked on a variety of commercial, industrial, and entertainment projects, including full service interior design and tenant improvement projects.

First holds an A.S. in applied sciences from ITT Technical Institute.

AKAM Associates, Inc. announced that Jay Fingerman has been appointed assistant director of management.

Fingerman has more than 15 years of experience in property management, including the management of cooperatives, condominiums, and rental units.

Prior to joining AKAM Associates, Fingerman worked as the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Kenneth Krasnow has been appointed head of transaction services. In his new position, Krasnow will be responsible for leasing and sales transaction management, business development, and recruitment/retention.

Krasnow has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Among his clients are such firms as CBS, Chemical Bank, and Benetton-USA.

Krasnow holds a B.B.A. in finance from Emory University and an M.B.A. from New York University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association, and the Westchester County Association. Krasnow also served on the board of directors of St. Mary's Foundation for Children, the March of Dimes, and the National Conference for Community and Justice.
