Interior Contracting Corp. completes fourth project

Scott Stein, president of Interior Contracting Corporation, announced the firm has successfully completed its fourth assigmnent for Ventiv Health.
This most recent project encompasses a 20,000-SF expansion at 200 Cottontail Lane in Somerset, N.J. and included collapsing an existing floor and creating a common corridor and new configuration of the previous tenant's space to meet Ventiv's needs. The highend office fit-up came with an intense 12-week schedule. Interior Contracting performed all carpentry work in-house.
The Interior Contracting team responsible for the Ventiv Health assignment included Bob Hertling, Principal and vice president of operations; Sal Raccioppi, assistant manager; and Steve Cuilli, superintendent.
200 Cottontail Lane is owned by V.C. Associates and managed by Colliers/Houston Co. with offices at that location.
