Metro Spire, a boutique residential and commercial leasing and sales firm that provides a full range of real estate services, has named Stan Putko its 2004 Broker of the Year. In 2004, Putko led Metro Spire brokers in commercial leasing, residential sales and new exclusives. His major deals include a $7.5 million building sale, the sale of 103 acres upstate and a new commercial lease for Quo, a trendy west Chelsea dance club.

Putko also solidified a preconstruction flip scenario in excess of $2.7 million dollars as the representative for both the buyer and the seller.
