Cappelli Enterprises, Inc. announced that Paul Slaney has been appointed as chief operating officer and general counsel of its George A. Fuller Company, Inc.
Slaney has more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Cappelli Enterprises, Slaney served as general counsel and managing director of finance and administration with HRH Construction LLC.
Slaney holds a B.S. in marine engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, an M.B.A. from Baruch College and a J.D. from New York Law School.
