Joseph V. Falanga, CPA, AEP, has joined The Schonbraun McCann Group (SMG) as partner, Private Client Tax & Advisory Services, and Sharon H. Goodman, JD, as a senior director in the group. Prior to Falanga joining, he was partner in charge of the estates and trusts group at Goldstein Golub and Kessler (GGK).

He served as managing director at both, American Express Tax and Business Services and RSM McGladrey. He earned an MBA from Fordham University and a BS from Pace University.Prior to Goodman joining, she was a managing director in the estates and trusts group of RSM McGladrey. She also served as a director in the estates and trusts group at American Express Tax and Business Services. She earned her JD at SUNY Buffalo School of Law and a BS at SUNY Buffalo as well.
