Investors dive into Harbor Drive

Shenkman Capital Management, an independently owned investment advisory firm dedicated to investments in leveraged companies, has signed a 18,735 s/f lease at 262 Harbor Drive.

Budd Wiesenberg, vice president, and William Cuddy, executive vice president, of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford, CT office, represented the owner, Harbor Plaza Associates. Jon Sabrowski of GVA Williams represented Shenkman in this transaction.

Shenkman had previously been occupying the space as a sub-tenant and selected to secure the premises by signing a direct, long-term lease with Harbor Plaza Associates.

Harbor Plaza is located on a peninsula in Stamford Harbor and is one of the largest office complexes in the City of Stamford. The property offers tenants Class A office space with unrivaled views of the Long Island Sound.
